Katie will if requested (OR if needed) will sketch up your cake in PhotoShop to get your approval well before your BIG day! Cake tasting have been a tradition for way longer than Fancy That Cake has been making yummy cakes. An excellent way for us to get to know the bride and groom and to help pick flavors when you just can't decide!

My story is the same story of many people who love to decorate cakes and have decided to try and turn that love into a small home-based business.
I simply got tired of buying the plastic-tasting, cookie-cutter cakes offered at the big chain stores' bakeries.
I knew I could bake a better cake, hands-down.
But I've always been extremely artistic, and so I thought, "Wouldn't it be cool if I could make a really amazing-looking, unique cake that looked even better than the ones you buy at the big bakeries?"

Tastings are by appointment only.
We charge $50 for cake tastings.
That includes cake in your choice of three flavors (you also get to choose four filling flavors to try with your cake).
You can have up to six people total attend the tasting.
We can accommodate more people and/or more flavor choices, but there will be an additional charge.
Why do we charge?
It is simply because we are not a bakery but a custom cake business and I have to bake mini cakes, make icings and fillings for each tasting custom.
