Established in 2017 by Jordan Acquavella, the Executive Chef and Owner of the catering company is a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education and has an undergraduate degree from Rutgers University.
While growing up, culinary arts & hospitality were Jordan's true passion.
During his college years at Rutgers University he worked in several high-volume restaurants and then decided to attend the Institute of Culinary Education.
Following culinary school, he trained at some of the best restaurants in NYC and New Jersey.
