The items listed in this menu are sold "ALA carte" to create your own buffet or supplement your own items.
Please keep in mind that "ALA carte" means each tray is sold separately.
Items such as paper products, chafing dishes, bread and serving utensils must be ordered separately.
Entrees are available for hot or cold pick up only.
We do not deliver "ALA carte" menu items.
We work with several professional rental companies that can supply any tenting, tables, chairs etc. you may need for your event.

Our create your own buffet includes 2 entree' selections, 2 sides / pasta's and 2 vegetables / potatoes (additional entree's may be added for $2.75 per person / sides for $1.75 per person), delivery of all foods hot and ready to serve in stainless steel chafing dishes with stainless steel serving utensils, all required paper products and condiments.
Chicken Breast Picatta: Lightly battered and served in a lemon butter sauce with capers & roasted garlic.

The cocktail hour traditionally occurs between the ceremony and reception.
It allows the bride and groom to get some photo time in while allowing the guests to mingle and catch up with friends and family they may not have seen in a while.
For the cocktail hour, beverages and hors d'oeuvres are served.
The drinks can be alcoholic or non, and can be served from a host bar, or simply include two or three cocktail choices that are butler passed (champagne, a signature cocktail, etc).
Hor d'oeuvres can be served at mini food stations or also butler passed.
It allows the bride and groom to get some photo time in while allowing the guests to mingle and catch up with friends and family they may not have seen in a while.
