Lancaster Photography
Clay Lancaster | Award-winning wedding photographer (and families, headshots, portraits and events) in the San Francisco Bay Area. Based in Walnut Creek, CA. Also serving much of Northern California, including Danville, San Ramon, Fremont, San Francisco, Pleasant Hill, Concord, Walnut Creek, San Jose, Oakland, Napa, Sonoma and Benicia areas. Or anywhere you need me to be!

Aside from wedding photography, I also happily photograph events, family portraits, headshots, real estate, properties, lifestyle sessions, kids, music, and individual portraits/projects. Whatever you might need, basically. As a photographer (wedding photographer, family photographer, portraits or events), I've always been a fan of letting the moment craft itself in images and bringing all the laughter and smiles to the surface.

Whether it's a candid or a more planned session, I like to allow people to be themselves while grabbing the shining personal moments on camera when they're least aware of it. That's what makes me smile the most, and I promise it'll do the same for you.
Services
Aside of weddings and engagements, I spend a lot of time working on individual-based projects including headshots for networking, creative portraits, and promotional photos.
Are you looking for a senior portrait?
Are you an artist needing new campaign images?
Are you a model that wants to try a new look?
How about a cosplayer?
Or maybe you just want to try something cool.
Whatever your reason, I'd love to hear about it and schedule something.
Standard wedding packages start at $1300, and the photography rates depend on the nature of your day and what you might need.
This allows me to offer more options and work with any budget.
The following items are included as standard in all wedding packages.
Just contact me for a quick quote based on what you might need!
Once you've logged in, you have the ability to view your images (separated by events of the day), share with family and friends, create folders to set aside favorites, and even order prints if you like.
Had to really think back for this one!
Although I had always experimented with various types of photography (and any camera that I could get my hands on) as a kid, I suppose formally started learning photography in 1999.
I was using my dad's old Mamiya/Sekor with black and white film in a dark room.
You had to really take your time with each shot!
There's no deleting, and you don't even know exactly how the image is going to come out until you do the developing.
I am quite fortunate that I can say yes, photography is my day job.
