THE BARN - an old, tin barn repurposed as a casually elegant event space. The fully air conditioned dining hall with its original tin and timber ceiling holds 150 celebrants. The foyer and it's massive French bar serve guests before dinner. Both the groom's room and the bride's room have private bathrooms. The spacious catering kitchen has a private entrance and easy access.
And of course, there are plenty of bathrooms and everything is handicap accessible. THE GAZEBO - a particularly graceful and totally unique 40' circular gazebo easily balances both contemporary and vintage Hill Country vernacular architecture. THE GARDENS - Roses and lilies mix beautifully with native Texas wild flowers and surround the gazebo for a uniquely romantic setting that is ideal for garden weddings.
If you want something fun and unique, if you are willing to think outside the box, if you have chosen Fredericksburg (the most charming little town in the Texas Hill Country) then Gilbriar Gazebo is the venue for you!

Services
When I found this place it was derelict.
The Realtor wouldn't even step inside the buildings.
Looking at it, a friend said, "This is CRAZY, even for you!"
But an 1882 stone house on ten acres so close to Fredericksburg?! Well, you know how love is.
I had to have it!
Within three years, the old stone farmhouse was refurbished enough to be on the Historic Home Tour and featured in the SA Express News.
The old turkey barn has since been transformed into an elegantly rustic venue.
The gardens just get bigger and better every year.
