I participated in the Diamonds by Rothschild Black Friday event by submitting my name for a chance at winning a pair of diamond stud earrings. Fortunately for me, my name was chosen! The salespeople could not have been kinder, and I appreciate the beautiful earrings I received. I would certainly recommend Diamonds by Rothschild! They have some beautiful jewelry!

They are super knowledgeable about anything diamond related! Didn't know what I was doing until they helped me. Very affordable as well. Highly recommend them to anyone!

I had a custom engagement ring created and it is absolutely gorgeous. The staff here went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted made. They also did this for much less than I expected to pay.

Changing to 5 stars because Diamonds by Rothchild is apparently not affiliated with Paul/GeekDot Keeping the Review so the next people can have a course of action of they get messed around. Thanks to Becky***** I had this replacement mailed and at my door within days. ********** After years of research I finally settled on a "custom" piece by Paul.

Just before popping the question I noticed the ring looked like their were some. issues. In "curing" or so Paul claimed. Naturally, I contacted Paul and notified him of my concerns, and he recommended either replacement or refund. I opted to wait until my fiancee saw the ring before deciding. The ring went from bad to worse real quick. But when it was all said and done we couldn't imagine our big day without this particular ring.

After receiving, a return label and mailing our very bady crafted engagement ring, and a promise to make things right, Paul stopped responding to email, phone calls. Honestly, I could not be happier to have opted for the more economic and earth friendly option, because had I paid for the bells and whistles, I would have escalated this at breakneck speed. In the end, I am hoping to either have the ring I was promised, or issue me a full refund. Either way, don't just expect that I will go away if I am ignored.

Becky at Rothschild was amazing throughout the process. Like most guys, I was trying to educate myself on my own, but there is no substitute for someone willing to teach you and answer your questions along the way. I even asked her about diamonds I was looking at other retails (including some big box guys) and she was open and honest about her feedback - you could tell she just wanted to make sure I made the right choice for me.

She made sure my budget was kept in mind, while getting the right diamond for me. That combined with custom designing a setting made for my fiance's specific ring, made my fiance's ring one-of-a-kind. In summary, that feeling of having someone truly knowledgeable and wanting the best outcome for you really took the pressure off and ultimately helped me get a ring my fiance absolutely loved. if you're looking to buy an engagement ring (or any other jewelry), I would definitely recommend going to Rothschild.

Henry, Becky, and rest of the staff were so accommodating and friendly, and met my every request from personal finishes on the engagement ring to an expedited timeline to meet my proposal date. They do everything in house and continue the relationship and maintenance beyond the point of sale. So glad I went with Diamonds by Rothschild. Highly recommend.

Paul was absolutely amazing to work with. My wedding band is exactly what I was looking for and he put so much attention to detail in making a band that would complement my engagement ring so well. As great as my band was, the best part of our collaboration with Paul was my husband's band. Paul helped us combine the gold from my husband's father's and grandfather's wedding bands to create a custom band that is stunning.

He guided us through the process and even let my husband help with the casting of the ring. Such an incredible experience that made our wedding bands even more special. Highly, highly recommend Paul. His work should speak for itself, but he's also incredibly friendly and easy to get along with.

We needed to have links removed from a watch and Paul was so accommodating and kind to help out when he was about to leave for the day. While he is known for his incredible custom pieces, the items that you can buy onsite were gorgeous. I highly highly recommend this business!

These guys do awesome work, literally whatever you can dream up exactly the way you want it. They have made two pieces for me now, and each time they worked with me to perfect the design over several emails and in person consultations. Not only that, but they also care about the pieces they create, and about taking care of their customers. We just walked in 10 minutes before closing with a ring that needed repair and they fixed it on the spot, no charge. I couldn't recommend them higly enough.

The best! My husband has bought me my engagement ring, our wedding bands, and two gorgeous necklaces from here. Their staff and service is impeccable. I broke my necklace jumping in an adult ball pit (yes, you read that right) and they fixed it no questions asked. Can't say enough good things.

I took a rough idea for the design of an engagement ring, and Paul and team came up with a gorgeous, flowing, organic design that has gotten tons of positive comments/responses from all who have seen it. If you want an absolutely one-of-a-kind design with great customer service, do not hesitate to visit Paul Michael's. As an aside, they also do quick, fairly-priced repair, cleaning, and resizing work. Couldn't be happier!

I can't say enough great things about Paul Michael Designs. I got to work with Paul to design an engagement ring for my special lady. Even though I had a very specific vision in mind, Paul helped me to evolve it into something even more beautiful than I had imagined. We designed it in CAD and tweaked it digitally. I got to look at a full high resolution 3D renedering and a 3D printed wax version of the ring.

The entire process was amazing and fun. I loved how it was a dialogue the entire time. I never felt like I was just a number. The customer service was amazing, and I'd recommend Paul Michael Designs to anyone looking to make or buy something unique and timeless. I'll definitely be going back for our bands. I'm happy to say that my ring, like my new fiance is 1 of 1.

I made an account just to do a review because Paul's work is so worth it. My fiance and I are huge Star Wars nerds and we wanted to have my engagement ring reflect that if possible. I searched online and found myself at Paul's site eagerly looking at the R2-D2 custom rings. His business worked with us extensively to adapt a current design in order to make it uniquely our own and we couldn't be more pleased. It's a gorgeous ring and I'm proud to wear it. They did my engagement/wedding set and I could not be happier, not just with their creative, articulate, fantastic work, but with their customer service as well. They are seriously the best!
