After the quake God put in on my wife Jilane's heart to go and see what she could do.
Since that time she has lead 6 teams of between 20-30 people to rebuild Good Rest Orphanage outside of Port Au Prince, Haiti.
My three children and I have followed my wife down to Haiti multiple times.
It's not so much the rebuilding that brings us back, it's the friendships.
Since that time over one third of the money I make performing wedding ceremonies has gone to help my family make a difference in Haiti.

Our wedding was a destination wedding, so we didn't have anyone in the area we knew well that we wanted to officiate our ceremony. We came across Jack in an online search - I met with him once and my husband "face timed" with him to meet him. We liked his demeanor and he was very accommodating when it came to personalizing the ceremony. We also appreciated his "no judgement" attitude as we come from families of varying religious beliefs. We filled out his questionnaire to help him get to know us, and I can't tell you how perfectly he told our story! We got so many comments from our guests about how personal and nice the ceremony was, and numerous people asked how we knew Jack! He has the most natural way of connecting with people, even larger groups. We really couldn't be happier with how the ceremony turned out - it was my favorite part of the day!
