I have been a professional DJ for more than 20 years. I began my career in radio and found that I truly enjoyed working with couples so I made weddings and other special events my sole focus. During my radio career, I was named "Colorado Major Market Evening DJ of the Year", three times and nominated for a fourth time. With my background in radio, combined with professional Master of Ceremonies training, I have the skills needed to deliver announcements that are clear and direct.

I take the time to get to know my clients through personal meetings. I will meet with you at a location and time that is convenient for you, or conduct the planning via phone or FaceTime/Zoom. A large part of my service is the assistance with the planning and the coordination of ceremonies and receptions. I am not "the wedding planner", but I know events from an entertainer's perspective.

My goal is for you to relax and enjoy your day. I ensure this is possible by spending time with you learning what is important to you on your wedding day.
Services
According to reliable statistics, your DJ is responsible for 75%-80% of the success of your wedding reception.
Make the right choice and you are virtually guaranteeing a great wedding ceremony and reception.
Make sure you meet with your perspective DJ (in-person or on the phone).
When you find one that you like and are ready to book, get their name on the contract.
You need this to guarantee that the DJ you met with, and liked is going to be the same person at your wedding.
This is a must!
2. Make sure the DJ you are considering understands how important his role is in the success of your wedding.
I have a special battery pack that I carry with me to weddings.
When I am providing music and/or microphones for a wedding ceremony in a location without electricity, I use my battery power.
I always have it with me.
If the power were to go out during a wedding, I can keep the music playing.
If the weather is nice, and I'm sure it will be, take advantage of some other additional space at your venue that is available for your cocktail hour.
It keeps your guests away from their tables until you are ready for the meal.
Uplighting is an easy way to add to the decor of a wedding.
After lighting a room with my uplights, I have been told many times how dramatic the difference is and how the lighting "makes the room".
My uplights are wireless, rechargeable battery-powered, and can run all night.
There are no messy cables or wires.
It is a very clean setup and I can light your venue with just about any color you would like.
I can project your custom monogram onto the dance floor or a wall for you.
Photographers regularly tell me that they love the monogram in first dance and other pictures.
Of course my equipment at your ceremony is not "invisible" but it's close.
I set up away from where you enter the ceremony site to start your walk down the aisle, usually off to one side, in the back.
Whenever possible, I do not put speakers or other equipment at the front of the ceremony.
I would hate for my equipment to end up in your ceremony pictures.
