Bishop White is Bishop Emeritus of the Florida Diocese of the Independent Old Catholic Church who loves uniting two souls to become life partners. He is the resident bishop emeritus for Saint Michael's Old Catholic Church in Dunedin.

Services
As Bishop Emeritus of the Diocese of Florida for the Independent Old Catholic Church, I am seminary trained with a Doctor of Ministry degree in Pastoral Psychology and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology.
It is a special privilege for me to unite two souls to be life partners.
I officiate the Catholic Rite of Marriage with or without Mass in the Orlando area, a church building, outdoors, at the beach or in homes.
If I am unavailable, there may be a priest from my diocese who can officiate your service.
