Musgrove Retreat & Conference Center
The Musgrove Retreat and Conference Center, under the stewardship of The Brenn Foundation, is a beautiful picturesque hidden sanctuary on the banks of Village Creek that takes you back in time. Musgrove is rich with history from its construction in 1938 by R.J. Reynolds Tobacco heir and philanthropist Nancy Susan Reynolds, to President Carter's first pre-inaugural cabinet meeting.

Mrs. Reynolds felt strongly that the Musgrove mission of family gathering and philanthropy carry on. In the spirit of that mission, generations still enjoy the lush grounds amidst the draping Spanish moss and the sweet and spicy smell of the BBQ pit. They gather as family, colleagues and friends and invite you to do the same. Our various waterfront sites are magical and provide a beautiful foundation to create your perfect wedding day.

Featuring endless live oaks adorned with Spanish moss, a maze garden, a waterfront backdrop and stunning sunsets. Musgrove is a wedding destination like no other. Musgrove is spread over six cottages built in Low Country style and tucked among tall pines, graceful palms, and century-old live oak trees.
