We needed chairs at the last minute and they came through. They were very helpful and even patient when we were a couple of hours late returning the chairs. We will definitely use this company again. We can handle parties of over 1000 guests - but we also welcome the small parties too.

The week of the rental we will call to confirm that you still need the items and pickup times and payment totals confirmed.

A 50% deposit on the order is required and is non refundable in case of cancellation.

All snow cone machine rentals come with a starter pack of supplies: 2 dozen paper cones, and 2 dozen spoon straws.
All cotton candy machine rentals come with a starter pack that includes 25 paper floss tubes.

After confirming your reservation, we will be available for you to pick up and drop off your rental equipment during specific times only.
Equipment returned after 12:00 noon on Saturday and Sunday or any other agreed upon time will incur a $25 late fee.
Please do not leave any equipment outside unless prior arrangements have been made, and please pre-arrange any special pick-up or drop-off days and times with us before your rental.
