I'm the face behind Woodland Floral. I'm passionate about creating whimsical, natural, and sustainable floral arrangements for weddings, elopements, and other events in Oregon. I love collaborating with couples to bring their floral visions to life, while working with local farmers to celebrate the seasonality and beauty of the state I live in. I believe in flowers for all!

I provide creative florals for ALL couples, regardless of race, gender, age, religion, and identity. I'm passionate about love and community - I'd be happy to work with you! Tracy from Woodland Floral did a fantastic job with all my arrangements at my recent wedding. I didn't want to be involved with the detailed design of the arrangements or the setup, so I let Tracy take over, and I'm so glad I did!

After she and I initially talked about what I wanted, we created a shared Pinterest board where I showed her some arrangements that I really liked. Then she took it from there and did a totally fantastic job of making our whole wedding look fresh and beautiful.
Services
I've been a creative person my entire life.
I can remember playing in the backyard as a kid, always wanting to use my hands.
I loved experimenting with rocks and sticks, just putting random objects together and being genuinely curious about everything.
And I still have that same childlike curiosity today!
I still get excited by weird leaves, interesting curves in branches, and combining natural materials in new ways.
My adventures in floral design began when I started working at a traditional flower shop.
When it comes to floral design, bridal bouquets have my heart.
I love the whole process; from choosing which flowers to use, to adding the final ribbon, and all the steps in between.
I believe that everyone is unique and their bouquet should be too - not just a Pinterest look-alike.
When choosing flowers for a bouquet, I consider what's in season, different options for color and shape, and what will be available from my local growers that time of year.
Seasonality is a huge part of sustainability in florals.
I love finding new ways to incorporate unique items into a bout'.
In the past, I have used fishing flies, pine cones, feathers, broccoli, and even a lego Pikachu!
We can keep things simple or get creative.
The goal is for it to feel deeply personal and be the cherry on top of an already amazing outfit.
To wrap the boutonniere, I frequently use colored wire, twine or custom-cut leather to keep things interesting.
When your friends and family sit down to enjoy a meal, centerpieces or tablescapes can tie the whole celebration together.
I love to create a wide variety of centerpieces, depending on your event and the season.
These pieces can be as simple as a beautiful selection of fresh floral stems in your colors with textural greenery.
Or, we can dream up something more nontraditional that better represents you as a couple.
I work in a variety of sizes, from tiny mix-and-match vases with single stems, to huge flowing garlands and taller creations.
I'd love to create something special for your ceremony site; an arch or arbor is only the beginning.
We can create something fabulous from driftwood, birch or manzanita branches.
Or use lichen-covered boughs, macrame, ferns or even tumbleweeds.
You name it, and we can find a way to work with it.
This look can then be carried through to the aisle, leading your guests to a special place where your story as a committed couple begins.
