We looked at several venues before choosing the Rand-Bryan house but ended up being won over by its combination of rustic charm and classy elegance. I'm so glad that we chose Rand-Bryan. In the end, not only did the venue live up to all it promised aesthetically, but the connections and advice of Martha (Manager/Owner) proved invaluable. She was able to connect us with several vendors who were lovely and knew the space well and allowed us to plan our unforgettable day and evening easily.

The property was stunning for a May wedding and really afforded a lot of flexibility to create the look we wanted. While our goal was to make the space feel more intimate for a small wedding, the venue would be perfect at almost any size.

Our day turned out to be cold, but there was no problem switching our plans and holding both the ceremony and reception inside.

Martha was so easy to work with, she was very reassuring about all my fears, she never got frustrated with all of my questions, she made suggestions that were crucial to our day, and she was so helpful throughout the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception!
