Typically called "Day-of Coordination" we begin this service 30 days prior to the wedding date to ensure no detail is missed!
Alicia will reach out to vendors a month prior to the wedding date to confirm their commitment and craft a detailed wedding day timeline.
One venue visit (if necessary) and (1) one hour coordination meeting with the bride and groom (in-person, virtually or via telephone).
