It seems that every day I am asked the same question, Alexis Kay?
How did you come up with this name?
Well, that begins why we're here.
My middle name is Alexis; named for Alexis Carrington Colby from Dynasty because my mother was inspired by the clothes she wore, as well as her tenacity.
My mother is the other owner and contributes her middle name as the Kay of Alexis Kay.
You could say that we are a bridal family.
We come from a long line of seamstresses and dress designers.
My mother (first name Dawn) has been making wedding dresses since before I was born.

Her flexibility was fabulous, even on unexpected issues that rose thru the 7mo we had to work with- many issues that were not in either of our control.
My first fitting ended up the week prior to my wedding were more alterations (even to the design alts) took place.
I had my final fitting a few days before my wedding.
Trusting Dawn was the best decision I made of all my wedding planning!
She's great to work with shes so sweet and a darn good hard worker!
Her flexibility was fabulous, even on unexpected issues that rose thru the 7mo we had to work with- many issues that were not in either of our control.
