My name is Christine Bretana, the founder of Southern Hospitality Professional Bartenders & Servers (SoHo), a practical, cost effective solution to provide you and your family an opportunity to enjoy your special event and not in the kitchen doing all the party work.
Our service is designed to eliminate the high level of stress and headache related to executing an event.
I started this amazing journey in 2006 after realizing the overwhelming amount of hard work that goes into planning, preparing, servicing, and cleaning up after your family's milestone events.

These amounts provide for the general varieties of commonly made drinks at an open bar.
Your Personal Event Specialist can help you create a customized shopping list for liquor, mixers, and garnishes for the types of drinks or theme you have in mind.
For 100 guests, you will need approximately 150 pounds.
You will need more if you plan to chill your beer and wine on ice or if you will be serving blended drinks such as daiquiris or margaritas.
