Colleen is a graduate of the highest honors from the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City.
She has over 25 years' experience in the pastry industry.
To enhance her pastry experience, she did her externship with the well-known Gail Watson Custom Cakes in Manhattan after which, she was awarded a scholarship thru Les Dames d'Escoffier (New York Chapter).
This scholarship included a mentorship with Dame Sylvia Wienstock.
We design sculpted, one-of-a-kind cakes to suit any occasion.

There is a limit to the amount of cake orders taken for a weekend to insure the quality of our cakes and the detail given to each one.
