Amanda Smith graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, Orlando Culinary Academy.
Since then she has worked for Multi-Million Dollar catering services and Restaurants in preparation of providing excellence in hospitality and remarkable food.
She has worked side by side with personal and Executive Chefs from Orlando, Florida to North Alabama building her own style, flavor, and creativity.
In April of 2011 she created and designed her own Catering Mobile Kitchen to advance and provide extraordinary services for unique occasions just for you.
Since then she has worked for Multi-Million Dollar catering services and Restaurants in preparation of providing excellence in hospitality and remarkable food.
She has worked side by side with personal and Executive Chefs from Orlando, Florida to North Alabama building her own style, flavor, and creativity.
