The MR Function Center offers three banquet rooms for your special occasion, one is sure to offer just the right amenities for your needs. Are you keeping your eye on the budget?
One of the unique features of our banquet facility is that we offer the "Do-It-Yourself" catering option. Our banquet rooms feature full kitchen facilities so that you may provide or cook your own food or you may bring in the catering service of your choice. We provide a full New Hampshire liquor license and friendly, professional bartenders too. Our wedding reception at the Martel Roberge Function Center was wonderful!

The Grand Ballroom at the Martel Roberge Function Center is the place to be when you just want to "spread out".
Located on the first floor, the Grand Ballroom comfortably seats up to 350 people, with plenty of room to dance on our spacious center-room dance floor.
Bring along your favorite DJ or band, there's lots of room on our huge stage which measures 18 feet wide by 13 feet deep.
Our Grand Ballroom also features a separate, private ground floor entry with a canopy to protect you and your guests from inclement weather.

It features our new Cobblestone Walkway and is located on the banks of the Salmon Falls River.
As you can see, the river more resembles a lake or a small bay as downstream in South Berwick, Maine, a dam creates a nice body of water for you and your wedding guests to enjoy.
By holding your ceremony with us, you save money by not needing to rent a church or limousine, and save time for both you and your guests by eliminating all of that extra driving time.

If you are a dues paying member of American Legion Post #47, you are entitled to receive a discount when reserving one of the function rooms.
To qualify, the rental must be used for a family event (no open to the public functions).
Secondly, the discount applies to functions held for immediate family or household family members only.
Members may rent the facility for an event honoring their; parents, offspring, siblings, grandparents or grandchildren.
The discount does not extend to aunts, uncles or cousins, etc.

Directions: From Dover, take Route 4 to Rollinsford, NH.
At the 2nd blinking light turn left onto Short Street.
Proceed approximately 800 feet and then go right onto Foundry Street.
MR Function Center (American Legion building) is on the left at bottom of the hill.
From Route 4 in Maine, after you cross the state line, turn right at the blinking light at the top of the hill onto Short street and follow directions above.
