We are a locally owned company based near Bastrop, Texas and specialize in wedding and party design. The rented item(s) shown on the renter's invoice are the property of WineCup Event Rentals LLC and are rented subject to the agreement for rental charges stated and for the period of time noted.
Renter acknowledges that failure to make rented items available for retrieval within the contracted time, and or the sale of rented items is prohibited.
Renter agrees that the item(s) will be used only at the address designated and for the purpose for which the item(s) was manufactured and intended.
If the rented item(s) is lost, stolen or damaged while in renter's care, regardless of fault, renter is responsible, and shall remit to WineCup Event Rentals LLC, upon demand, the full retail replacement value.
Renter acknowledges that failure to make rented items available for retrieval within the contracted time, and or the sale of rented items is prohibited.
