Simply Country Barn is a family-owned business that is run by a husband-wife team, Jim Tryba and Carrie Tryba.
Founded in 2015, we are a unique, state-certified wedding and event venue located in Freedom, WI. with a full service Liquor license.
After purchasing the property in the fall of 2013 we began to pursue the steps needed to create an wedding venue out of the former dairy barn on the property.
Having a farm background, the idea of converting this barn space into a wedding venue struck us when we stumbled across the barn and immediately fell in love with its beauty and history of the former dairy barn.

Our lower level Rustic Room is available year-round for corporate meetings/events, parties, wedding/baby showers, weddings, craft fairs, and just about any type of event you would like to host.
The Rustic Room bar area can accommodate most showers and smaller parties and with the additional dining area just down the hall can accommodate 160 guests for a sit down meal.
Our Main Barn is is available Mid-April through Mid-November during the week for corporate events, private parties, banquets, or any other type of private event.

The barn is very unique and will stun your guests the moment they arrive.
We decided to go with the decor package on site and Carrie was able to take my ideas and bring them to life.
Plus I was able to show up and the barn was decorated and the next day our personal items were packaged and ready to be picked up.
I cannot say enough great things about Carrie, Jim, and the venue.
