Livengood's Barn is located on 20 acres, nestled among pastures and rolling hills. The intimate property is home to three barns, two of which have been remodeled for special gatherings. The property for rent also includes a large open lawn area, and quaint pond with dock. The downstairs of the Brown Barn includes a newly renovated bridal suite that is the perfect location to begin your wedding day!
Private bathrooms are available on both stories of the barn. The Shed, adjacent to the brown barn, has become the perfect setting for a night of dinner and dancing. This barn has been loved for its open feel and now the environment will be even more rich with temperature control. The shed boasts twice the square footage of the upstairs of the barn, giving you plenty of room to party the night away!
The second level of the barn is adored for its simplicity and charm. All original beams and barn boards show through the second story, creating a jaw dropping backdrop for so many couples for their ceremony or an intimate first look.
