We are located in the rolling foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and five miles from the quaint little town of Pilot Mountain, North Carolina. We are also located in the Yadkin Valley Wine Country, within driving distance of dozens of popular vineyards.
Today we are one of the most experienced and contemporary wedding venues in the region. Rosa Lee Manor is family-owned since the early 1800's. Rosa Lee Adams Hunter was the owner's paternal grandmother remembered for her gentle kindness and love for children.
We host celebrations in her honor. The owners, Bill and Cyndee Duprey, were married at Rosa Lee Manor, so they understand how important this day is for you and what is needed to help make that dream come true!

The Carriage House is 3000 square feet, mostly glass with oversized barn doors, draping with twinkle lights in 20-foot high ceilings.
The space can accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated dinner and dancing.
It serves as a backup space for the ceremony if the weather doesn't allow for an outdoor ceremony.
It is heated and cooled.
