Chef Eric's food is delightful all the way! We have over 20 years of experience in the Hamptons and NYC and are ready and waiting to make your next event the best ever! Chef Eric brings years of experience to the group. He's been a restaurateur for almost 40 years honing his skills under some of the world's best chefs. In addition to Food & Co., Miller is an owner and executive chef of Bay Kitchen Bar, the only New York Times "Excellent" rated restaurant on the east end.
Miller's forte is the flexibility he brings to each event. While there are certainly favorites (like our mini jumbo lump crab cakes and the freshest Montauk tuna served many different ways), he's available to create the menu that works perfectly for each event.
