As much as I appreciate down time along the river of my little slice of heaven, I also love to travel! I've been to 18 countries (so far!) and so appreciate a good excursion. I've hiked hundreds of trails throughout the US and trekked a hundred miles one Wintery month in the Himalayas and am almost always up for an adventure!

For nearly 25 years, I've delivered science, health and wellness education at conferences, workshops, school campuses and other venues throughout the United States and Canada and have shared my work in the form of magazine articles, blogs and radio interviews as well.
My University degree is in Environmental Science and I'm also a Yoga Teacher, Meditation Instructor, Holistic Nutrition Consultant and ordained Minister.
In addition to my passion for helping others attain and maintain wellness, I absolutely adore crafting custom wedding ceremonies and sharing in the joy of the celebration.
