Rancho Mirando is a luxury guest ranch and former private estate owned and operated by the magical mother-daughter team of Donna Aldred and Leslie Aldred Lambert.
As owners of the property, Donna and Leslie have the ability to work directly with their guests to ensure satisfaction down to the smallest detail.
Whether weekday guest ranch rentals or weekend destination weddings, their guests complete privacy and enjoyment of the ranch "as if it were your own" is their top priority.
When Dallas-based retired dentist and ceramic artist Donna Aldred purchased Rancho Mirando with her late husband Dr. Stephen Aldred in 2007, she immediately moved into action to transform the ranch into a real live work of art for her family.
Opportunities for entertainment and enjoyment abound in the hill country!
This list of some of our favorites is just the tip of the iceberg.
If you need even more ideas about all of the wonderful things to do and see in the area, don't hesitate to ask your wedding coordinator.

Rancho Mirando was a beautiful place!
It is a little piece of heaven!
My husband and I couldn't have picked a better place for our special day.
The staff was wonderful and I felt very relaxed on my wedding day.
Our guests continue to tell us how much fun our wedding was, how beautiful the property was, and how it was one of the best they have ever been to.
I highly recommend this venue!
Book in advance so you can have this dream location for your wedding too.
I could go on for hours about how great it was to work with Rancho Mirando and owners Donna (mother) and Leslie (her daughter) for our wedding.
Make your florals as unique as your one-of-a-kind event!
Rancho Mirando features a complete in-house floral department exclusively for ranch patrons.
Donna plants and grows botanicals in the ranch's 4000 square foot greenhouse exclusively chosen by our Brides a year in advance.
In addition Donna uses perennials, lavender and olive groves, as well an abundant antique rose collection.
As needed, she also incorporates the freshest market flowers available.
Rancho Mirando's gardens have always been an important part of its vision - from the moment owner Donna Aldred drove her own U-Haul truck loaded with 150 antique rose bushes from her Dallas garden to transplant here when she purchased the ranch.
