Below is a time lapse video of a gymnasium we decorated for Norwich University in 2014. It represents a weeks worth of set up, the event itself and a few days of tear down. It was a sit down dinner for 1500 Norwich Alumni and we were charged with making the gym an elegant and intimate setting. We chose to do the transformation by carpeting the floor, covering the high metal ceiling by lowering the site line with hanging crystal chandeliers and fabric swagged on the ceiling.
This all had to be done with a cable system and some specialized equipment.

Tom and I met in Montpelier and fell in love, married and built a life helping others plan their own weddings, parties and large scale events with Avalon's Weddings, Tents and Events.

Trucks will not be packed until this is completed.
