The property features a vineyard, pond w/fountain, and an adorable courtyard behind the barn and cottage and is a photographers dream.

Services
Either anywhere on the grounds, (by the vineyard, by the pond, or in the courtyard), or on any one of three levels in the barn.
This includes outdoor/indoor chairs and archways.
Use of all three levels of the barn, (each level seats 80-130), and the courtyard.
This includes all tables, chairs, basic linens, and centerpieces that are available.
You have the barn from Friday evening for rehearsal & decorating, and Saturday from 9AM-12 Midnight.
Cleanup has to be done by Sunday morning at 12 noon.
This includes outdoor/indoor chairs and archways.
