Our historic 1800's barn has been designed to maximize all of the beauty and grandeur it has to offer for your wedding reception.
Inside the barn you will find an open floor plan for you to decorate, design, and arrange to match the decor and vision of your special day.
The hand-crafted bar is located on the first floor making it easy for your guests to grab a drink and head to the dance floor.
On the second floor of the barn you'll find a number of unique, furnished lounge areas for your guests to sit and enjoy the party from above.
Inside the barn you will find an open floor plan for you to decorate, design, and arrange to match the decor and vision of your special day.

Our base fee of $7,000 includes: access to the property for four hours the day prior to your wedding ceremony for set-up, decorating, lighting, etc.; access to the farmhouse & couple's suite six hours prior to your ceremony for hair, make-up, pictures, and relaxing before the big moment; access to the property for the entire day, and throughout the evening until your departure (as late as 11 pm) on the day of your wedding.
Please understand, for this package, the property must look the way you originally found it, with all personal items removed, prior to your departure, that evening.

Caswell Farm & Wedding Barn does not require hiring a full-service wedding planner for all events, but we do ask that events of 150 guests or greater enlist day-of coordination service, at a minimum, to ensure that the details of your event are executed effortlessly and without disruption to our couples and their guests.

The barn is best suited for the bar and reception portion of the evening.
You will need to rent a tent for the sit down and dining portion of the evening.
The farm can accommodate 250 people.
The barn does accommodate 50 inside of it with various furnished sitting corners and a wrap around second floor loft complete with two lounge areas.
Are tables and chairs included with the rental fee of the barn?
Caswell Farm proudly offers 15 ten foot custom barn board tables, 150 coordinated brown padded wooden dining chairs and 150 white padded wooden chairs frequently used for the Ceremony portion of events.
