A smaller dining area is adjacent to the living area with back to back fireplaces into the game and billiards room which in turn opens onto the patio, fire pit, and pool.
The Master suite with a King bed, wet bar, fireplace, bath with a large tub and a massive walk in shower and separate patio and a second bedroom with a Queen bed complete the downstairs area.
