Perfection started as a small dream in a dorm room on Tougaloo's College Campus, in the year of 2000. Andrea share her dream of starting a wedding planning business to her sorority sister, and that you lady is the reason Perfection is now Perfection Wedding Coordinating and Events, LLC. In 2008 Andrea executed her first wedding for Dr. Sheree Melton.

M.D. She contacted Andrea, reminding her of her dream and asked if she would plan, decorate and coordinate her wedding. This gave her the boost she needed to turn her dream into a reality. Starting with 2 employees, where she could only pay with Thank You Cards and a smile, with only offering wedding planning services- to growing to an All Inclusive Event Planning Company.

The business growth, and demand for events beyond weddings forced her to change the name from Perfection, to Perfection Wedding Coordinating & Events, LLC, with now 26 employees. PWC is an LUXE ALL INCLUSIVE EVENT planning company based out of Brandon, MS, that specializes in weddings and themed events.

I started PWC in 2008 with just a dream and determination with very little help extended to me.
During that time, we ( those in the industry) were competing daily to see who could make the next dollar.
At that time, I didn't see the importance of BUILDING a Brand, I was to focus on growing fast and being the BEST!
And being the best without proper training, mentoring, prayer, continued education, financial resources( from an institution) came at a great cost.
Cost to myself and my family!
About 4 years ago the direction of some business owner's model became a concern for me.
This service is for the bride/client that desire to be stress free with expert advice and guidance.
Effective 30 days prior to your wedding.
A Lead Coordinator with Support Event Staff.
Hours: 1.5 Hours for Rehearsal and 8 Hours maximum on wedding day.
Bride will meet with coordinator 45 days prior to the wedding to discuss pertinent information.
The coordinator will become the primary point of contact and attend ( if needed) finally vendor meetings and/or calls.
