Simply Southern Barn strives to offer you the southern elegance and rustic charm you've dreamed of for your special day, whether it be a wedding, banquet, or any other type of event. Located conveniently off Highway 441 North in Milledgeville, family and friends will be able to enjoy an inviting barn atmosphere without worrying about a long drive to the countryside.
As a locally-owned and family-oriented business, it is our #1 priority to give you and your guests the most enjoyable experience possible for your special occasion. Our facility includes handicapped parking and restrooms for guests in order to make it easily accessible for everyone! Roomy and comfortable private suites for the bride and groom and their parties with well-lit dressing areas and restrooms.
The event stage is movable so YOU can decide how to arrange the space, along with tables and chairs to seat 200 guests (25 round tables that seat 8 each).

The vision and inspiration to build the barn came from Fred Savage, my loving and amazingly talented husband of almost 40 years.
Certainly, one of the greatest blessings the Lord ever gave us is our family: our two daughters, our sons-in-law, and our beautiful grandchildren.
We consider it our best days when we are all together and there is sweet peace and fellowship between us.
It was Fred's hope and dream to build this barn and leave it as a legacy for our children and grandchildren.
In the days ahead, Fred, myself, and our family will do our utmost to make Simply Southern Wedding and Event Barn an inviting, cozy, and enchanting place for you to come and have your family and friends celebrate with you for your special day or event.
