You may be surprised, but even though I am a photographer, I hate being in photos.
I hate being posed.
I am super self-conscious about every bit of the process when I am in front of the camera.
When I've had a session with my husband or family, the images I like most are when I'm doing something and forgetting that a camera is there.
Because of this you will see I don't love documenting stiff, overly posed sessions.
Part of what draws me to wedding photography is specifically that it's so much more about documenting and having storytelling style.
