Carlton's Cakes is a fully insured, private cake studio serving the greater Atlanta area. We provide our clients with personal and professional service with excellence in taste and culinary art. Every cake is made from scratch with a focus on fresh, gourmet ingredients. Carlton's Cakes uses only use the finest ingredients and products available to the pastry and sugar artistry industry.

We limit the amount of orders we take each month to focus on providing the best possible experience for our clients. It's more than just a cake to us, it's baking memories for you to share with your loved ones, family and friends. Embellished with accents of individuality that make it uniquely yours, the artistic elements and taste of your cake will be a topic of conversation.

This is why our cakes are made from scratch in our studio; every ingredient and every detail is important in making a one-of-a-kind cake for your special event. Services
Jenean started baking at a young age and her interest in the science of baking is still as fascinating to her as when she began experimenting in her family kitchen.
She has a background rooted in science and also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Art from Georgia State University.
Her sense of style and design is expressed in all of her creations.
Her education in the field of sugar artistry includes coursework at the renowned International Sugar Art Collection Atlanta (Nicholas Lodge), Chocolate coursework with Sydney Galpern, Chocolatier and owner of Simi Cakes, and numerous courses over the past 10 years with many experts in the field of sugar artistry and baking.
Carlton's Cakes uses the highest quality ingredients available in our creations including Callebaut Belgian chocolates, European butter, specialty pastry flours including grain-free flours (gluten-free), fresh fruits and pure extracts.
We source NON-GMO and use all organic ingredients.
We are against using chemicals of any kind.
No preservatives are used in our creations.
We use vanilla extract and pastes made with Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans.
The "Bourbon" vanilla bean refers to the name of bean, not a liquor product.
Our tastings are $25.00 per flavor choice; each flavor serves up to four people.
We recommend that you try at least four cake flavors before deciding on flavors for your wedding.
I always recommend opting for 1 flavor that is fruit based and another flavor that includes chocolate.
I have listed our most popular cake flavors on the menu page, however, please let me know if you have another cake flavor in mind.
I'm happy to create a flavor composition for you and enjoy working with ingredients that are in season.
