Although Ryan "D.J. R.P.M." McGuire's professional career started at the age of 18, he began honing his deejay skills almost at the tender age of 10. Ask his mother and she'll tell you she had to pull him away from his cassette tapes and make him go outside to play some days. What started as a dream to be a radio jock turned into an obsession with the entire art of DJing and since then Ryan has stopped at nothing to conquer every aspect of the industry.
Aside from realizing his dream of doing radio for over 4 years at KXJM, DJ R.P.M has become a DJ in high demand. Ryan has performed Weddings, Birthdays, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Private parties, Middle Schools, High Schools, Spring Break, Corporate, Retail, Promotional and has held down every predominant club in the Portland area. While many of these events are one in the same in theory, each must be treated differently and approached from a different angle.
R.P.M. prides himself in being able to adjust to his crowd and surroundings and get the job done properly and efficiently, whatever the case may be.
