Although much work was needed to clean up the grounds and get rid of debris, we looked beyond to envision a property that captured both beauty and charm.
Not desiring to move from our hometown of 30+ years in Moscow Mills, MO, we were uncertain about how we wanted to fully utilize the property and lodge home perched on top of the hill overlooking the expansive valley below.

This deposit is due at the time the contract is signed and is non-refundable after a 7 day grace period.
An additional $1500 is due 120 days after the contract signing date.
A third $1500 holding deposit is due 120 days prior to the wedding date and the final balance must be paid in full 60 days prior to the wedding.
All alcohol & beverages must be purchased through WhipPoorWill Venue.
We offer several options at very affordable prices, as well as, the option of a cash or open bar.
