After 16 years of owning and operating Sitting Pretty Decor, providing exceptional wedding decor products and services, we are excited to embark upon this new venture.
We have put our hearts into fully restoring and renovating these two 1895 two-story brick buildings to make it the ultimate hip, urban, vintage venue.
The 3 Ten and The 3 Ten Rooftop Loft are beautifully restored with tin ceilings, handcrafted bars, original solid hardwood maple floors, reclaimed barn wood shiplap siding, crystal chandeliers, exposed brick and stone walls and an enormous wall of windows letting in tons of natural light.
