Once my services are requested I start off by obtaining the Bride and Groom's e-mail address. I do this to send a copy of a sample ceremony that I perform. I do this so it will give you the couple a idea of how the ceremony will go and if there is anything that needs added or taken out it can be done with no hassle at all. I feel that it helps take a lot of pressure off and so that everything else in your planning of your special day takes priority.

The bride and groom must appear before the clerk together.
Either the bride or groom must be a resident of Pickaway/Ross County, Ohio or both are from out of state and getting married in Pickaway/Ross County, Ohio.
If you are under the age of 21, you must present a picture identification.
If you are under the age of 18, please contact the court regarding marriage requirements.
If you have been married before, you must present a copy of your divorce decree for each and every marriage.
There is no blood test or waiting period and the license is effective immediately and is valid for sixty (60) days.
