Magnolia Ranch does not have exclusive or required vendors other than our security services, NO guest count minimum, or added service fees.
The ONLY required additional costs are an event insurance policy, average cost around $150-$200, security fees, and a Texas state mandated hotel occupancy tax for overnight stays.
