Mary has been involved in the food service and catering industry from the very start of her career.
Born and raised in CT, she attended Johnson and Wales University and graduated with both Culinary Arts and Food Service Management degrees.
Mary has worked her way up through the ranks of Server, Event Captain, Production Manager and Sales Manager.
Her previous position as the Senior Catering Sales Manager at the CT Science Center introduced her to the Riverhouse Team.
The ability to share her well-rounded background, paired with the opportunity to work with an intimate and rapidly expanding catering company was irresistible.
