The property feautures an outdoor ceremony space as well as a large covered porch option for your vintage style wedding.
The reception space is a historic general store built in 1886 and was moved to the property here in the 1990s. The Store is historically known as the location of one of the last attempted robberies of Bonnie & Clyde in 1934. We have been doing weddings here for over 5 years now. We specialize in more intimate weddings with crowds of less then 150 guests.
We also offer a stunning Bridal Cottage that doubles as a Honeymoon cottage, a groomsman Prairie Barn that also has lodging, and an onsite Turn of the Century Bed & Breakfast if additional lodging is needed! Couples looking for a wedding weekend rather then a 6 hour banquet hall are also ideal for Cypress Grove!

My name is Ted and my wife's name is Joy.
We are young empty nesters who returned to our hometown and purchased this property back in 2016 after living away for many years.
We live on the property next to the venue and love being on site to get to meet so many awesome couples through this wonderful experience of planning their special wedding weekend.
We have 2 daughters that are both married and just recently had new additions to the family with 3 sweet boys, so we are now proud grandparents!
