I have been baking and decorating cakes from my "home bakery" since 1997.
Cheesecake Etc. began in Charlotte, NC as just cheesecakes, (thus the name) and has evolved into a custom bakery specializing in wedding cakes, groom's cakes and high end specialty cakes for anniversaries, birthdays and babies.
Being the "control freak" that I am, I personally bake and decorate all cakes that leave my shop.

I am licensed, inspected by the NC Department of Agriculture and have a special zoning permit from Mecklenburg County.
My home is pet free and smoke free.
Cheesecake Etc. is incorporated and I have a valid NC State and Federal ID tax number.
A. Specialty Cakes are priced in accordance with the difficulty of the design and the amount of time it will take to complete.
Wedding cake prices begin at $5.50 per person for buttercream cakes ( depending on the complexity of your design).
