Harlow's Hideaway and Ava's Nest cottages are conveniently located 7 miles east of Caldwell and 20 miles west of Bryan/College Station.
Both cottages offer a cozy, clean and inviting environment for wedding guests, sports fans or those looking to have some relaxation.

The remainder of the balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
If the remainder is not paid as required 14 days prior to your event, the event will be cancelled and all previously paid money will not be refunded.
The guaranteed guest count is due 10 days prior to your event.
All packages include 250 guests, extra is $5.00 per each additional guest over the 250 guests count.
That payment is due 14 days with last payment and is non-refundable.
Once table and chairs are set up, and if a rain shower occurs, Double Creek Crossing is NOT responsible for drying tables or chairs off.
