Part of the service provided for our couples is a "walk-through." This appointment is scheduled 6-8 weeks ahead of your wedding date. Together we'll finalize plans for reception setup, ceremony location, decor, follow-up with other vendors, arrival times, etc. When you sign with Gish Barn a welcome packet is provided including a recommended (but optional) vendors to contact regarding further planning for your wedding.

The Gish Barn is centered on 100-acre farmland, overlooking a gorgeous valley in Rittman Ohio.
Twenty minutes west of Akron Ohio and an hour south of Cleveland it's easily accessed from several major highways.
Built in the 1830's by the Gish family, but recently restored in 2013 by Ric and Denise Weis.
The Gish Barn's original eighteenth-century hand-hewed beams and spacious square footage is the ideal place for a rustic and elegant country wedding.
Vaulted ceilings are neutrally decorated in lovely tulle and lights, accenting the grandness of the barn's century-old interior with subtle elegance.
