Mary grew up in the jewelry industry and is especially talented, knowledgeable, and helpful when clients need assistance with purchasing gifts. As the master jeweler, Tom crafts custom pieces, sets stones, and adjusts existing jewelry. Christina, Tom and Mary's daughter, is one of two managers, and does all the buying, including Pandora.

Step 2: Customer receives a detailed quote with total cost, sketches, stone size/weight and other details.
Step 3: Once the quote is approved, a wax model is created, which provides our customers with the opportunity to view their jewelry concept in 3D.
