Swan Lake Overlook is a luxurious wedding and event venue. Our venue sits on 225 acres of land that has been in our family for over 100 years. Our scenic views overlook the North Georgia Mountains and come with all of the well loved mountain elements. We are conveniently located just north of Atlanta, providing the perfect mountain destination wedding just outside of the city.
Our guests can enjoy several ceremony spots around our property and a large indoor venue space with seating for up to 300 guests. While we are a farm, our space is everything but your typical barn wedding. We classify ourselves as rustic-elegance. We have combined a few rustic elements, such as large wooden beams and industrial style concrete floors, with large windows for natural lighting and grand chandeliers to give more of a luxury feel to the space.

When booking our venue, you get immediate access to all outdoor ceremony locations, our white ceremony chairs, our team to setup and breakdown, and access to our arbors.

The typical overall cost of a wedding event at Swan Lake Overlook is anywhere between $30k-$35k.
Your fairy-tale wedding will come together with ease with beautiful surroundings, intriguing animals and the exquisite venue overlooking Swan Lake.
The space can be customized to give you the wedding you have always dreamed about.

When the contract is signed, to continue holding the date, 50% of the venue rental fee is due.
The final installment will be required 180 days prior to the event.
You are welcome to send smaller, partial payments of any amount prior to the specified due date, so in effect creating your own payment plan on your own schedule.
Full payment is due by the specified due date.
To reserve a date email us at info@swanlakeoverlook.com saying you are ready to book XYZ date if it is still available.
Dates are reserved on a first requested basis.
