The Bean Market has been completely restored to offer a unique and flexible space to rent as a venue for conferences, meetings, receptions and parties, concerts, weddings and other events in Lake City, SC. The bright, spacious facility can accommodate your event and provides a versatile venue for events of any size and type. Although we offer private events, we also have occasional events that are open to the public.

The Bean Market is open weekdays from 9 am - 4 pm, and you are welcome to stop by.
We do recommend calling or emailing ahead, as dropping by may not offer you the opportunity to look if we have an event in progress.
The Community Museum Society, Inc. (CMS) is a 501c3 non-profit organization set in beautiful downtown Lake City in the historic National Bean Market facility located at 111 Henry Street, Lake City, SC.

Included in your rental is: 8,500 square feet of space, with flexible setups that include a 5,800-square-foot open floor, 750-square-foot stage with a 14-foot projection screen with state-of-the-art sound system, catering kitchen including icemaker, high-speed wireless Internet, 25 60-inch round tables, 40 8-foot rectangle tables, 300 chairs.
