We are a boutique event planning company based in beautiful Fairfield County, Connecticut. Gayle is dedicated to providing her clients with superior, personalized service. With over 15 years of experience planning special events, Gayle will work with you from concept to completion and everything in between. Gayle has recently been awarded the LUX Life Magazine LUX New England Event Planner of the Year 2020 and the Moffly Media "Best of Fairfield Living" 2021 Event Planner Award.
A little background on Gayle: Her passion for events started with a college internship at Sony Music in the publicity department assisting with events for well known musical artists. Always an obsessively organized person with a love for entertaining, travel, fine food and wine, she pursued her Masters Degree in Tourism and Travel Management from NYU.
Gayle is a Certified Specialist of Wine, and can assist clients with food and wine pairings as well as host wine tasting events. Gayle has three children in college and is dog mom to two rescue pups.

The Fairfield Housing Authority constructed a beautiful, brand new, subsidized housing complex in Fairfield, CT.
A date was set for a grand opening celebration to unveil the new complex.
Gayle consulted on the most suitable location in the complex for the tent and seating.
She selected the best production company for an outdoor audio set-up as well as the design and layout of the space.
Gayle helped manage the RSVPs and designed custom invitations which were mailed to Connecticut state and local representatives.

It was a no-brainer for Harrison's parents to pick Pinewood Lake Clubhouse for his Bar Mitzvah, the family has lived across the street from the venue and lake since Harrison was a baby.

Once the theme was in place, Gayle assisted her clients in creating custom invitations and logo; designed by Cutie Patootie Creations.
The logo was utilized on the invitations and thank you notes and also transformed into a spectacular balloon wall, by Ava's Party Design.

The Fairfield County Wedding Concierge team, which Gayle is the co-owner and co-founder of, planned, coordinated and executed a curated, luxury bridal show at the Audubon Greenwich.
The show took place in the Audubon's beautiful rustic barn and in a gallery in the main Audubon building.
A shuttle bus provided by Leros Point to Point Limo, shuttled attendees between the two spaces.
A'Dor Couture Bridal Boutique provided models to showcase their beautiful wedding gowns throughout the event.
All attendees received a swag bag filled with coupons, gifts and special offers from the exhibitors.
