Here at R&R Event Rentals, we are all about our CLIENT EXPERIENCE and making this an enjoyable journey from start to finish, handling all aspects of design and execution. We love decor, organization and a good LOVE story. R&R deserves all the praise and all stars there is.

Our wedding weekend was magical and we had the most beautiful weekend of our lives and it would not have been the same with out the gorgeous decoration by R&R. We believe in team work to achieve the perfect decor for your event. We will design your event decor and execute the decor for you on the day of your event.

We have all of our inventory in house to provide the best service possible to all of our clients.

Together, we make up R&R Event Rentals - We love what we do, it's who we are - working side by side to create amazing events!

We offer event designs and decor that is completely customized to each and every client!
We believe that each event, each client and each love story deserves the time and attention to details to create exactly what YOU want for your special day!
We do not offer pre-selected event packages because we believe that no two events are created equal.
Event quotes and proposals are custom created and presented for your events.
During the creative process, we take into consideration, date, theme, location, colors, guest count, and budget to create an event that is reflected upon your unique style and personality.
Once we recieve inital information from you such as your event date, event location, guest count, decor needs, etc. we will put together a price quote.
We send this to you prior to an in person meeting to make sure our services and pricing work for your event needs and budget.
After our email communication we will set up an in person meeting.
At this meeting we will go over more event specifics and make sure that not only is our decor a good fit for you but that you are a good fit for our business style and services.
In order to stay competitive, we do not have a formal showroom.
We provide consolations in our humble home office to discuss the details of your event and show off our portfolio.
We also have a few select items such as linens and centerpiece samples in our office space to show you an overall vibe for your event decor.
3. we will then set a time to meet for a complimentary consultation to discuss your event needs; after our meeting we will send an updated quote with event details & from there - you have two weeks to finalize your decor with us.
After months and months of planning, stressing, shopping, prepping, the time was finally here.
07.20.13 - we were surrounded by friends and family, a week long celebration of LOVE.
The time came and went so quickly, as we are sitting here writing this blog post; it is amazing to think that all of this is now so far in the past - so long ago and yet, it feels as if we are still newlyweds.
