We describe a "Day-of" Coordinator or Event Day Manager as a seasoned professional experienced person to execute all of the hard work of planning.
We often find clients rely on a very close family member or friends to carry out all of these delicate plans on the actual day of their event or wedding.
In essence you are now removing them from being a guest and into a staff position, often times missing many special moments because they are focused on running things smoothly.
The friend at work, recently married friend or close guest that wants to volunteer often times will gladly jump to assist but in essence can feel a lot of pressure as more tasks getting assigned.

This package is set-up for the bride/family or couple that has everything set & planned whom need an experienced to hand over what you already have in place and execute on the day of.
This package includes up to 8 consecutive hours of service.
The timeline is included in the package and you decide which 8 hours of your wedding you need assistance.
Extra Hours billed at $175 per hour.
This package includes: Review of your Processional & Recessional.
This package is set-up for the bride/family or couple that has everything set & planned whom need an experienced to hand over what you already have in place and execute on the day of.
This package includes up to 8 consecutive hours of service.
The timeline is included in the package and you decide which 8 hours of your wedding you need assistance.

P.S. Events acceptable forms of payment for wedding & event services are Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
A 3% administrative fee will apply if paying by credit/debit card.
We take payment via phone or paypal.
To secure your wedding date on our event calendar we do ask for a 50% non-refundable retainer reservation fee for any package.
If you are interested in booking one of our coordination and/or planning packages please inquire about availability.
Service will begin as soon as retainer payment is made with a signed contract.

After this initial consultation, upon request, you will be provided with a preliminary quote, which outlines our thoughts on how we can help and what we can offer you.
If moving forward with a proposal and upon receipt of our proposal suggesting each step of the process and our involvement, you will have the opportunity to make any additions or deletions as necessary.
We will discuss your needs and vision and assess a level of assistance that you are comfortable with.
